Jordan lucked out and had a special school day on her birthday...a field trip to the Children's Museum. Daddy and I both volunteered to go to spend time w/ her on her special day :).

Today we are off to Rascal Fun Zone to play games and ride go karts. Jordan's buddy Abby from school is coming along and they can't wait!

Mother's Day Weekend

Hope everyone had a Happy Mother's Day. Saturday was Jordan's last soccer game of the season, and the only game they lost all season. Good season Hurricanes! :) Sunday the kids surpised me with flowers and cards. It was so fun watching them plant :).

Happy Easter 2011!

Happy Easter! The kids awoke bright and early to find their Easter goodies. Jordan was lucky enough to have a visit from the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy in the same night! That makes 5 teeth she has now lost in less than a year. They played with their Easter goodies then we headed to church. From there we went to lunch and egg hunting and Grammy and Pappy's and then for dinner and Granny and Grandad's! We are wiped out but had a ball :)

Happy 4th Birthday Deacon!

Deacon turned 4 today! We had a party on Saturday (Power Rangers theme) w/ family and a couple neighbor friends. Then today after school, we went to Dairy Queen for ice cream outside. It was a beautiful day:) Deacon in his birthday Power Ranger shirt

Grandad was working the ambulance service that day so he came by for a visit and took the kids for a ride!

Visit to Illinois

We just got back from a 2 day visit in Illinois with Bernard's Aunt/Uncle and cousins. Our kids got to meet some of their cousins for the 1st time and had a ball. We went to the park, bowling, out to eat & played lots of WII! Jordan and cousin Brooklyn. Jordan was ready to bring her home with us!

February Update

Last week I took Jordan to see the Justin Bieber movie, which she absolutely loved. Meanwhile, Daddy took Deacon to Target to use some $ he had to buy a Dinosaur Train toy. Monday the 1st graders had a Cinderella Ball at school, which we all went to. Jordan also lost her other top tooth and received $2 more from the Tooth Fairy! She is saving her allowance to go w/ me to get a pedicure on my birthday. :)
